Emily Roena Morris Stevens 1938-2009

Emily Roena Morris Stevens 1938 ~ 2009 Emily Roena Morris Stevens, passed away April 23, 2009, at her home in Orem. Roena was born October 14, 1938 in Northcreek, Beaver County, Utah to William Ormand and Nola Morris. She married Evan Burr, they were later divorced. She married Howard Orton, and they were later divorced. She married John C. Stevens in 1987 in Pleasant Grove. Their marriage was later solemnized on May 22, 1999 in the American Fork Temple. Roena was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her husband John of Orem; five children: Cristy (Shane) Jex; Vicke Warren, Scott Stevens, Holly (Peter) Martinez; Shawn (Sandi) Stevens; her mother, Rae Nola Baker Morris; four sisters and a brother: Carlene (Dan, deaceased) Jepperson; Della Rae (Francis, deceased) Anderson; Karen (Glen) Foster; Valorie (Gary) Lund; and William Neal (Sherian) Morris; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, LuAn (Lewis deceased) Fredrickson. She was preceded in death by her father, and three nephews.
